Annual Price Increase Update
At SY Comms Ltd, we remain committed to delivering reliable telecoms and ongoing support to our customers. Over recent years, we have absorbed many costs that arise on the services we provide. Unfortunately, due to continued cost increases across the industry, we now need to implement a small adjustment at the next billing cycle.
The following increases will apply from 1 April 2026:
- FTTP / SoGEA / SoADSL — £4 per month increase
- PBX User Licences — £3 per month increase
- PSTN / ISDN Services — £3 per month increase
These adjustments allow us to continue investing in the quality, reliability and security of the services we provide. If you have any questions regarding these changes, please contact our support team who will be happy to assist.
